Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation

Location: Hybrid schedule requiring work from the New York, NY office at least four days per week. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support the administration and ongoing management of executive compensation programs.
• Conduct compensation analyses, market benchmarking, competitive assessments, and market pricing for a broad range of roles.
• Analyze compensation survey data, SEC filings, proxy statements, and executive compensation disclosures.
• Prepare reports, presentations, compensation analyses, and materials for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee.
• Support annual compensation planning, proxy statement preparation, pay transparency, pay equity, regulatory compliance, and governance initiatives.
• Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to improve compensation programs, policies, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in compensation, human resources, finance, consulting, or a related analytical field.
• Experience supporting executive compensation, equity compensation, deferred compensation, or related programs within a publicly traded company.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and statistics skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with careful handling of confidential information.
• Ability to work from the New York, NY office at least four days per week under the hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience with SEC filings, proxy statement preparation, executive compensation disclosures, or governance activities.
• Experience with compensation or financial analysis, modeling, and market data.
