Manager, Compensation

Location: 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States; hybrid schedule with a minimum of four days per week in the office

Salary: USD 130,000–150,000 per year, bonus eligible

hirify.global is a large media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, and theme park content and experiences.

What you will do

• Lead market pricing, benchmarking, competitive assessments, and compensation recommendations for a broad range of roles.
• Advise HR partners and business stakeholders on compensation programs, pay decisions, organizational changes, and complex compensation matters.
• Manage compensation surveys, market data validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Administer and enhance employee recognition programs, including peer-to-peer, anniversary, and spot recognition.
• Lead key components of annual compensation planning, including data validation, analytics, issue resolution, and stakeholder support.
• Strengthen compensation governance, compliance controls, documentation, processes, and HR system support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, or related experience in human resources, finance, consulting, or a similar analytical discipline.
• Experience managing compensation programs and projects, including market pricing, salary administration, incentive compensation, planning, or analytics.
• Experience with compensation survey data, HRIS platforms, compensation systems, and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, financial modelling, reporting, and data validation.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, project management, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting job architecture and employee recognition programs.
