Sr. Analyst Compensation

Location: Hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office, United States

Salary: $116,000–$125,000 annual base salary, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Support job architecture, leveling frameworks, job families, grades, career ladders, and job description development.
• Administer job and salary structures in Workday and maintain accurate job profiles, codes, and pay ranges.
• Manage Salary.com benchmarking data exchanges, audits, troubleshooting, testing, and remediation with HRIS and vendor partners.
• Provide compensation analysis and recommendations for job evaluations, incentive design, pay benchmarking, promotions, and reclassifications.
• Prepare compensation analyses, planning materials, dashboards, and reporting for salary and bonus planning.
• Monitor compensation legislation and support audits related to wage and hour, FLSA, and pay equity compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in compensation.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to analyze job structures, pay ranges, market data, and compensation programs.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Los Angeles office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Compensation or other HR compensation systems.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking surveys and Salary.com.
