Middle Platform Engineer (Crypto)

Location: Remote-first; work from anywhere in the world

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Kubernetes infrastructure across cloud and bare-metal environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible.
• Build and improve GitLab CI pipelines and reusable build and deployment templates.
• Maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Helm.
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and infrastructure incident response.
• Develop internal automation tools with Python or Go and support developers using the platform.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or SRE.
• Strong Linux skills and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, HTTP/S, and DNS.
• Production experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Helm, GitOps, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure incident investigations.
• Python or Go skills for task automation, plus the ability to collaborate with developers and complete tasks independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud and bare-metal infrastructure, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, and Harbor.
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Mimir, OpenTelemetry, Loki, or ELK.
• Experience with Cilium, Nginx, Traefik, Gateway API, Cloudflare, Vault, or Keycloak.
• Experience operating databases, message brokers, object storage, or reusable infrastructure modules.
