Business Analyst Cash Pooling (Fintech)

Location: Amstelveen, North Holland, Netherlands; onsite at the bank's office

What you will do

• Analyse customer, product, and process data to identify improvements to cash pooling products.
• Translate business needs into requirements, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Improve and digitise cash pooling processes, including client self-service.
• Coordinate implementations across Product, IT, Operations, Sales, Treasury, Risk, and Compliance.
• Manage delivery risks, controls, and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Background in business analysis, product management, process management, or change management within banking or financial services.
• Excellent Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Experience with transaction banking, cash management, or liquidity management, or strong motivation to build specialist expertise.
• Availability for a one-year assignment at 36 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with cash pooling, including Target Balancing, Notional Pooling, or Balance Compensation.
