What you will do

• Analyze and simplify existing processes and systems across different countries to identify harmonization opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear problem statements and structured requirements.
• Drive large cross-country migration initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and Revenue Cloud.
• Act as a bridge between local business teams and central IT platforms to ensure priority alignment.
• Create documentation and support teams during implementation to ensure high adoption of new solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant.
• Proven experience in system implementations, migrations, or large-scale transformations.
• Experience working within international or matrix organizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hoevelaken, Netherlands.

• Proficiency in Dutch.
