Business Systems Analyst (SaaS)

Location: Hoevelaken, Netherlands; willingness to travel within the region and stay abroad occasionally is required.

What you will do

• Analyze processes, systems, and ways of working across multiple countries.
• Translate business needs into problem statements and structured requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and harmonize processes and systems.
• Surface risks, gaps, dependencies, and local constraints to support transformation decisions.
• Create clear documentation and support teams during implementation and change.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Support, Product, and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Experience working in international or matrix organizations.
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, or business transformations.
• Strong process improvement, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills, including communication with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required.
• Willingness to travel within the region and stay abroad occasionally is required.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
• Experience working with legacy systems and modern SaaS platforms.
