Account Executive

Location: Riga, Latvia; hybrid work with the option to work remotely or from the Riga office.

Monthly compensation: €3,200 gross upon achieving set goals, including a €1,700 gross base salary and variable compensation.

What you will do

• Work with high-profile B2B leads and customers in North America.
• Build the sales pipeline in collaboration with the Sales Development team.
• Manage the sales process from customer discovery through the buying process.
• Lead value-based conversations and proactively engage with prospects.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
• Achieve quarterly sales objectives and estimate sales trends accurately.

Requirements

• Experience in outbound sales.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills.
• Determination to succeed in sales.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
