Business Development Manager (Crypto Payments)

Location: EU, fully remote

Salary: €3,000–€5,500 per month

Crypto payments platform operating as a PSP provider and P2P business, enabling cryptocurrency payments, integrations, and partner network expansion.

What you will do

• Identify and acquire merchants, clients, and strategic partners in the crypto payments ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with PSPs, payment providers, merchants, and financial partners.
• Research markets and identify opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and first contact through negotiation and closing.
• Expand the global partner network across key markets.
• Own commercial KPIs and contribute directly to new business and revenue growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or related industries.
• Proven experience acquiring new clients, merchants, or business partners.
• Strong understanding of crypto payments and the broader payments ecosystem.
• Experience working with PSPs, payment providers, merchants, or other financial partners.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• English proficiency required; Russian is a strong plus.
