Material Handling Supervisor/Team Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Deer Park, NY, USA; onsite role

What you will do

• Supervise daily warehouse and material-handling operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and inventory control.
• Coordinate material flow to support production schedules and customer delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, forklift requirements, OSHA regulations, and hazardous-material handling standards.
• Train, mentor, and lead team members while reinforcing operational and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reliable record maintenance.
• Support supply chain activities, including procurement planning, kitting, and material availability.

Requirements

• Experience with warehouse or material-handling operations and team coordination.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Experience with cycle counts, lean manufacturing, and assembly-line operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
