Inventory Coordinator

Location: Ontario, California, USA; onsite facility and production-floor work required

Salary: $18.59–$25.10 USD per hour

What you will do

• Stage received materials in the correct areas and label them accurately.
• Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts, verify quantities, and document or adjust discrepancies in the ERP system.
• Pull and stage materials for manufacturing jobs according to bills of materials and work orders.
• Distribute materials to production teams while verifying model numbers, quantities, and bill-of-material alignment.
• Identify material issues, fulfill urgent requests, and support completion of stock transfer orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record material distribution in the ERP system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with cycle counting, picking and posting, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Ability to operate powered equipment, including forklifts and scissor lifts; ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
