Inventory Clerk (Manufacturing)

Location: Plover, Wisconsin, United States. Onsite, first shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Salary: $18.45–$22.04 per hour

What you will do

• Process and enter inventory transactions, including work orders, movements, adjustments, receipts, teardowns, restocks, and audit forms.
• Investigate missing products, resolve discrepancies, and process returns and damaged goods.
• Support physical inventories, cycle counts, inventory record maintenance, and cross-training.
• Operate a stock-picker forklift and complete required material-handling tasks.
• Prepare detailed work instructions and assist with training guides for new inventory team members.
• Provide additional coverage and guidance when the team supervisor is out of the office.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing inventory role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and related platforms.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work positively with colleagues and communicate suggestions to leadership.
• Ability to comply with facility safety, security, material-handling, recycling, and incident-reporting procedures.
