IT Business Analyst - International Finance System (Banking)

What you will do

• Own functional support for the International Finance System, analyze complex incidents, identify root causes, and coordinate sustainable resolutions.
• Define and refine features, documenthirify.global business objectives, scope, dependencies, assumptions, and acceptance criteria in Confluence.
• Perform functional analysis and define logical solution architecture across application modules with architects, engineers, product owners, and subject-matter experts.
• Coordinate Product Owners, developers, Operations, and business stakeholders while managhirify.global dependencies, risks, and priorities for releases.
• Lead peer reviews, coach less-experienced analysts, and ensure the quality of analysis deliverables.
• Define the business-focused test approach, lead UAT, support defect triage, and coordinate implementation, migration, and post-implementation validation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional Business Analyst experience, includhirify.global ownership of complex initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, and solution recommendations.
• Strong analytical and technical problem-solvhirify.global skills, includhirify.global the use of pseudocode to describe complex business logic and system behavior.
• Advanced SQL skills coverhirify.global complex joins, subqueries, aggregations, and data-quality checks.
• Experience as an Advanced or Senior Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Tester, or Developer, with a strong understandhirify.global of the full software development lifecycle.
• Fluent English required for communication with senior stakeholders and distributed teams.

• Core bankhirify.global and bankhirify.global/payments SWIFT standards experience, includhirify.global MT103, MT101, MT202, MT202COV, MT203, MT200, and MT210.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Advanced requirements management, business process modelhirify.global, impact assessment, gap analysis, and target-state solution design.
• Stakeholder leadership, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Practical knowledge of AI prompthirify.global, output validation, data confidentiality, and responsible AI use.
