Service Technician PCHS Cargo (Logistics)

Location: hirify.global Cargo operational office at Schiphol, Netherlands; on-site work in a 24/7 shift pattern including day, evening and night shifts.

What you will do

• Maintain, repair and improve cargo handling systems.
• Investigate faults using visual inspections and testing equipment, restore system operation and inform users.
• Monitor systems from the central control room, coordinate fault responses and prioritize interventions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and supervise external contractors when required.
• Document completed work, maintain technical records and contribute to technical projects and new solutions.
• Coordinate safe working practices with control-room colleagues and operational departments.

Requirements

• Professional knowledge equivalent to at least Dutch MBO level 4, preferably with a diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience maintaining and repairing technical systems, preferably in logistics.
• Good written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work day, evening and night shifts in a 24/7 pattern.
• Category B driving licence.
• Attention to quality, verbal communication, problem analysis, flexibility and initiative.
