Maintenance Technician (Food Industry)

Location: Beuningen, Netherlands; on-site work at the Henri van de Bilt plant

Salary: €3,650–€4,000 per month for 36 hours per week, depending on experience and qualifications; 14% two-shift allowance

What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on modern production lines.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve electrical and mechanical faults during production.
• Document faults and maintenance activities in the maintenance system.
• Suggest technical improvements that enhance reliability, safety, and food safety.
• Support operators and production staff with technical guidance.
• Carry out electrical and mechanical adjustments and modifications.

Requirements

• MBO-level diploma in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience in a technical work environment.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical engineering.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Dutch and/or English.
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands and willingness to work a two-shift schedule.
