Technician FFI Cabin Install DUV

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; onsite work in a cleanroom on a two-shift schedule, including weekends once a month.

What you will do

• Assemble complete DUV systems as part of the Cabin Install team.
• Qualify machine safety features, adjust and qualify scanner conditioning, and perform manual adjustments on DUV scanners.
• Prepare scanners for the testing phase until the first modules can be initialized.
• Execute daily production operations while meeting safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost targets.
• Participate in daily management meetings, monitor progress and output, and collaborate with supporting departments.
• Identify waste, learn from production issues, and implement solutions that prevent recurrence.

Requirements

• Associate-level or at least MBO-3 education in mechatronics, electrical engineering, installation and construction engineering, automotive engineering, or aerospace engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience and a mechanical, electrical, or technical background.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing, is required.
• Ability to work independently, safely, precisely, and according to standards in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, take ownership, and proactively solve problems.
• Availability for two shifts: weekdays from 06:30–15:30 or 15:00–00:00, plus weekend shifts once a month from 07:00–16:00.
