Senior Advisor, Value Engineering Operations

Location: Canada; hybrid

Company

hirify.global’s Value Engineering function is scaling its systems, standards, workflows, and knowledge-sharing practices across the organization.

What you will do

• Own shared tools, templates, repositories, and other resources supporting Value Engineering.
• Establish governance for templates, automations, and shared assets to keep them current and reliable.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global Lift and other self-serve value tools across the organization.
• Build workflows that turn insights from Business Architecture, Value Engineering, and Transformation into digests, shared resources, and reusable guidance.
• Translate product launches and strategic developments into value guidance and enablement.
• Launch priority automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and scale knowledge capture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, enablement, consulting operations, program management, knowledge management, or a similar field.
• Experience building repeatable processes, shared systems, or operating models that improve consistency and efficiency.
• Strong program management and execution skills across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for creating standards, documentation, and reusable resources.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting consulting, value engineering, pre-sales, or other customer-facing strategic teams.
• Familiarity with automation tools, AI-assisted workflows, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience creating internal digests, enablement assets, or knowledge-sharing programs.
• Ability to balance governance with practicality and ease of adoption.
