Lead, Strategic Operations & Emerging Channels (AI)

Location: Remote in Canada

Base salary: $114,400–$157,300 CAD per year

What you will do

• Define the operating strategy for non-programmatic and emerging channels in partnership with Inventory Development and cross-functional teams.
• Build AI-powered workflows, automation models, prompts, and modern tools to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Define KPIs, analyze operational data, and quantify improvements such as launch cycle-time reductions and hours saved.
• Own the lifecycle of inventory guides, execution collateral, internal support documentation, and knowledge bases.
• Mentor Inventory team members and help unblock complex projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or operational enablement.
• Experience launching or scaling a new process, product, or channel.
• Practical experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, custom workflows, or automation.
• Experience managing operational documentation and sales enablement content at scale.
• Strong analytical, process-design, cross-functional influence, and executive communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and simplify complex systems.
