Staff Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Toronto, Canada

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs across hardware, software, infrastructure, and data center operations.
• Coordinate technical dependencies and engineering workflows for deploying and scaling AI systems.
• Build and improve automation, tooling, telemetry, data pipelines, dashboards, and program reporting.
• Partner with engineering teams to evaluate tradeoffs, communicate risks, and drive execution.
• Improve operational visibility and decision-making across deployment and SRE programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, tooling initiatives, or data-driven engineering operations.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, processors, memory hierarchies, interconnects, operating systems, runtimes, and hardware-software interfaces.
• Experience coordinating work across hardware, firmware, compilers, software, infrastructure, and deployment teams.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, telemetry, data pipelines, dashboards, CI/CD, SQL, Python, scripting, and engineering management platforms.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology; employment may depend on citizenship, permanent residency, or export-license approval.
