Senior Analyst, Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Canada; remote work

Base salary: $76,000–$104,500 CAD per year

What you will do

• Execute AI-focused initiatives that improve high-leverage workflows through custom tools, agents, skills, and prompt libraries.
• Contribute to internal MCPs and reusable AI skills, and support adoption across the organization.
• Track technical projects and coordinate delivery with AI Automation, Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders.
• Run ad hoc analysis across databases and log stores to answer partner-team questions and validate ideas.
• Help teams achieve initial results with AI workflows and iteratively improve their tools and skills.

Requirements

• Hands-on familiarity with AI development platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical program management, technical operations, analytics, or a similar role.
• Ability to scope defined problems, set priorities, identify next steps, and execute solutions.
• Comfort writing SQL against production data warehouses and log stores, tracking metrics, and measuring outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Curiosity and ability to investigate root causes and identify opportunities; AdTech experience is preferred.
