Senior Program Manager (Microsoft GTM)

Location: Toronto, Calgary, New Brunswick, Ottawa, or Vancouver, Canada

Salary: USD 91,200–114,000 annually, plus a 12% bonus

What you will do

• Develop and orchestrate programs supporting the go-to-market strategy through Microsoft Commerce Incentives and Azure Marketplace.
• Build frameworks for identifying, qualifying, prioritizing, and tracking MCI-funded customer engagements.
• Define reporting requirements for funding utilization, program compliance, marketplace performance, and business outcomes.
• Manage MCI nominations, approvals, execution milestones, proof of execution, claims, and supporting documentation.
• Develop and manage Microsoft-aligned professional services and solutions for Azure Marketplace.
• Create sales enablement assets, playbooks, communications, and cross-functional operating frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, program management, process management, or a related field, plus a master’s degree or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, process management, process improvement, program management, change management, or large-scale operational execution.
• Professional project management certification such as PgMP or PMP, or equivalent.
• Microsoft Certified Professional status with at least two active certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, Security, Data, or related solution areas.
• Strong problem-solving, executive communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including funding, incentives, marketplace, co-sell, and cloud go-to-market programs.
