Staff Product Designer (Agentic Platform)

Location: New York, NY, United States. Sponsorship is available for candidates currently in the U.S. who need to transfer an active visa.

Base salary: $210,000–$230,000 per year, plus annual bonus and company equity.

What you will do

• Lead the strategic vision and conceptual design direction for customer experiences across the AI product landscape.
• Design human and AI agent interactions, including uncertainty communication, automation, control, intervention, and recovery.
• Define conceptual models, information architecture, core workflows, interaction patterns, and guiding principles.
• Build reusable agentic patterns, experience architecture, and design-system foundations for a complex platform.
• Conduct client discovery, rapid prototyping, and usability testing to validate concepts.
• Partner with product, engineering, leadership, stakeholders, and clients to balance user needs, AI/ML capabilities, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products, including 0-to-1 and emerging-technology products.
• Experience with B2B enterprise software and highly regulated or complex problem spaces.
• Demonstrated experience designing AI/ML or data-driven products, including agentic or human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Exceptional systems thinking and the ability to create reusable frameworks, standards, and scalable solutions.
• Strong experience setting product experience strategy and structuring ambiguous, business-critical problems.
• Excellent communication skills for influencing cross-functional partners, executives, and clients.
