Senior Product Designer (Sports)

Location: Menlo Park, California or New York, New York; in-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $166,000–$195,000 in Zone 1; $146,000–$172,000 in Zone 2; $129,000–$152,000 in Zone 3, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for the Sports vertical within Prediction Markets, from early concepts through live launch.
• Design sports trading flows, engagement features, and amplifier events connected to major sports moments.
• Translate complex financial mechanics into intuitive and engaging experiences for fans.
• Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to define problems and deliver high-priority initiatives.
• Turn ambiguous, first-of-its-kind challenges into clear product experiences and incorporate stakeholder feedback through rapid iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and end-to-end product thinking.
• Experience designing and launching new or early-stage products, including zero-to-one work.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and make confident design decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and operations.
• Proficiency in Figma and openness to integrating AI tools into the design workflow.
• Genuine interest in sports and the fan experience.
