Salary: $194,700–$233,400 for Zone 1; $175,200–$210,100 for Zone 2; $165,500–$198,400 for Zone 3.

What you will do

• Design, test, iterate, and launch digital web and mobile product experiences.
• Apply human-centered design across all phases of product development.
• Align design, product, and business roadmaps across multiple agile teams.
• Navigate complex design challenges and maintain a consistent design language.
• Use data analysis and user insights to balance customer needs with business goals.
• Communicate design decisions and strategic implications to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience applying human-centered design to digital and mobile product experiences.
• Experience collaborating with multiple agile teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of user needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Experience with banking, loan, spend and expense, or similar financial products.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
