Senior Product Designer — Trading (Fintech)

Company

Building a new retail trading product covering equities, options, futures, crypto, and prediction markets with a small, collaborative team.

What you will do

• Own product design across research, order entry, position management, and portfolio surfaces.
• Make flow-level decisions and refine the micro-interactions that matter during active trading.
• Prototype directly in the real codebase using AI tooling rather than relying on Figma alone.
• Work within the evolving design system and identify areas where it needs to expand.
• Collaborate directly with engineers and product managers and contribute to product decisions.

Requirements

• Experience shipping retail trading products used by people making real-money trades.
• Strong understanding of trading mechanics across equities, options, futures, crypto, or related markets.
• Strong product design craft and attention to visual quality.
• Mobile product design experience; mobile is a core requirement.
• Ability to prototype in a real codebase using AI tooling; production coding experience is not required.
• High autonomy, sound judgment, and a collaborative, low-ego approach.

Nice to have

• Background at a consumer fintech company with a strong design culture.
• Experience with options or derivatives user experience.
• Experience working on or contributing to a design system.
