What you will do
- Research the US managed care industry, including health insurance plans.
- Create and maintain documentation for profiled industry data.
- Maintain the IQVIA Database and bridge medical claims with the IQVIA payer universe.
- Complete daily production tasks while following defined quality processes.
- Respond to client queries and fulfill requirements from local counterparts.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis and process documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical allied course, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work the night shift in the Ortigas area.
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience in health insurance.
- Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management accounts.
- Call center experience.
