What you will do

• Document and follow production processes across relevant systems.
• Convert sales, product, manufacturer, and customer data into hirify.global standard formats using designated applications and procedures.
• Perform quality assurance testing, quality control tasks, data checks, and anomaly analysis before client deliverables are released.
• Analyze reports, transactions, results, and trends to maintain data quality and provide impact analysis for corrections.
• Resolve production issues, communicate task status across departments, and escalate matters requiring second-level support.
• Support requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, implementation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Associate degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency with Windows applications, including Word and Access.
• Proficiency and knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer focus, attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes; willingness to work on flextime.
