Sr Reference File Maintainer Assoc

Location: Taguig City, Philippines. The role requires working night shifts.

What you will do

• Maintain healthcare organization and prescriber reference data for US production databases.
• Research third-party sources through internet searches, phone verification, and database matching.
• Conduct outbound calls to verify organization and prescriber records and capture required details such as office addresses and specialties.
• Analyze client data inquiries and validate whether information requires database updates, new records, or deletions.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications, including Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or the language of the supplied country.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, initiative, and self-motivation.
• Ability to understand complex concepts and processes and follow issues through to resolution.
• Willingness to work night shifts in Taguig City, Philippines.

• Experience handling voice-based work or healthcare accounts.
