Reporting Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines; onsite, night shift

What you will do

• Generate accurate and timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports from multiple systems and applications.
• Transform source data into clean, presentable reporting using Excel and other reporting platforms.
• Prepare quality reviews, presentations, and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
• Monitor data for anomalies, trends, discrepancies, and changes in data flow, escalating issues promptly.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding reporting requirements, data accuracy, escalations, and expectations.
• Collaborate with QA, training, workforce management, and HR teams on regular and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a dedicated data and reporting function.
• 3–5 years of advanced Excel experience, including data presentation, charts, and data visualization techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, and Power Query.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
• Basic understanding of Visual Basic macros for editing and enhancing existing automated code.
• Clear and confident English communication skills; availability for onsite night-shift work in Makati.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint services.
