Clinical Insights Analyst

What you will do

• Conduct clinical audits of prescribing practitioners and other care team members.
• Assess consultations, documentation, and patient interactions against clinical standards.
• Present audit findings to the clinical team in Australia to support service safety and quality.
• Communicate with practitioners and patients according to established Australian protocols.
• Support Clinical Operations with clinical tasks, including drafting patient education and information.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the quality and safety of clinical services.

Requirements

• Licensed healthcare professional: doctor, pharmacist, nurse, or dietitian.
• At least 1 year of post-registration clinical experience.
• Comfort using computers and digital tools.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to follow structured workflows accurately and consistently.
• Strong time-management and prioritisation skills in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mac systems and Google Workspace.
• Background in AI, automation, or data management.
• Experience with clinical audits, quality improvement, or healthcare compliance.
