What you will do

• Design and implement a coaching framework based on individual performance.
• Deliver one-to-one B2B sales coaching and group training sessions.
• Create onboarding plans, training modules, materials, and coaching resources for new and existing employees.
• Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to improve email communication and call techniques.
• Track training effectiveness through performance metrics and prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales coaching and training, including developing others.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
• Experience creating training materials and coaching frameworks.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adapt training approaches.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
