Manager, Clinical Training

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and deliver study-specific and therapeutic-area training programs with Clinical Scientists and Clinician Services leaders.
• Design training, calibration, onboarding, and study-readiness plans for internal clinicians and site raters.
• Monitor clinician performance, scoring consistency, clinical quality, and compliance across studies.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, calibration events, scoring reviews, and quality-monitoring activities.
• Provide clinical consultation, coaching, and constructive feedback on clinical scales, protocols, and assessment methodologies.
• Maintain training records, work instructions, SOPs, metrics, and quality documentation while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Counseling, Behavioral Health, Life Sciences, or a related clinical field.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatry, neurocognitive disorders, neurology, behavioral health, or related therapeutic areas.
• At least 3 years of experience delivering clinical training, clinician education, or professional development programs.
• Experience administering clinical outcome assessments, rating scales, or clinical endpoints in a research setting.
• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulated clinical research, and clinical trial processes.
• Fluent English is required; strong communication, organization, analytical, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills are needed.

• Experience monitoring clinical quality, rater performance, scoring consistency, or clinician compliance.
