UKI EP/NV Supply Chain Lead (MedTech): Leading end-to-end supply chain performance across the UK and Ireland with an accent on service, inventory, cost, cash, and customer experience. Focus on aligning commercial and regional stakeholders, resolving supply disruptions, driving IBP/S&OP decision-making, and delivering digital supply chain and continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Wokingham, Berkshire, United Kingdom. The role is based in the United Kingdom and requires approximately 30% travel.

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for the UK and Ireland, aligning local execution with global EP/NV priorities.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership on supply reliability, product launches, tenders, customer interactions, and growth initiatives.
  • Own customer service performance and experience, monitoring OTIF, fill rate, and lead-time KPIs.
  • Coordinate Planning, Customer Service, Distribution and Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance.
  • Manage supply chain escalations and disruptions, coordinating recovery actions with regional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital supply chain initiatives using ERP systems, OMP, planning tools, and analytics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience in complex and matrixed environments.
  • Experience leading supply chain operations at country or regional level.
  • Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP processes, enterprise-level decision-making, planning, logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries is required.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, influencing skills, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred. Collaboration with Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions is required.

Nice to have

  • APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
