Senior Material Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term material supply plans for multiple manufacturing sites.
• Ensure material availability for production and customer delivery requirements.
• Identify supply risks, shortages, and capacity constraints before they affect operations.
• Optimize inventory, forecasts, safety stock, lead times, and other planning parameters.
• Build supplier relationships, share demand outlooks, and facilitate supplier performance reviews.
• Support new product introductions, supplier onboarding, continuous improvement, and supply chain resilience initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in material planning, supply planning, buying, or supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning principles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Experience in supplier management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, prioritization, and data-accuracy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities across a complex manufacturing operation.
