Industrial Director MOS (Semiconductors)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; full-time, onsite role.

What you will do

• Lead industrial activities and a cross-functional team covering industrial operations, testing, and supply chain.
• Define and execute front-end and back-end industrial strategies supporting resilient, scalable, flexible, and cost-competitive manufacturing.
• Align industrial roadmaps with product, technology, research and development, and new product introduction plans.
• Lead sales and operations planning, factory loading, and industrial planning across internal and external wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations.
• Drive capacity expansion, cost reduction, yield improvement, supplier performance, and foundry and OSAT transfer programs.
• Oversee capital expenditure planning, investment approvals, expenditure tracking, and MOSFET market intelligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent qualification, in science, engineering, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, people management, management-of-managers, senior stakeholder management, and organizational change experience.
• Extensive experience in industrial planning and high-volume manufacturing in a technical environment, preferably semiconductor wafer fabrication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, perform under pressure, and meet challenging deadlines.
