Supply Chain Intern – Customer Fulfillment & Demand Planning

Location: Reading, United Kingdom; hybrid work model with 3 days onsite. Start date: July 2027. Duration: 12 months.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end order processing and coordinate activities with logistics providers, internal hubs, and commercial teams.
• Prepare and analyze supply chain performance reports, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock availability, and assist with inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• Contribute to demand planning by reviewing demand and supply data and supporting forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to maintain product availability and service levels.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify trends and insights from data and connect information from multiple sources.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong systems aptitude and willingness to learn ERP and planning tools such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and common business applications.
