What you will do
- Lead day-to-day warehouse operations covering receiving, storage, inventory management, material handling, shipping, and distribution.
- Ensure efficient material flow from inbound receipt through production support to customer shipment.
- Develop and improve warehouse processes, layouts, policies, and logistics operations.
- Lead cycle counting, stock audits, physical inventories, and investigations of inventory discrepancies.
- Recruit, develop, and manage warehouse employees while setting performance expectations and conducting reviews.
- Monitor KPIs, maintain compliance records, and collaborate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Sales Support, and Logistics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing stores, goods-in, and dispatch functions.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.
- Forklift licence or certification.
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, safety, and compliance skills.
Nice to have
- Qualification in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with EFACS or SAP.
- Knowledge of Known Consignor or Known Shipper requirements.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen initiatives.
