Senior Solutions Engineer (Warehouse Robotics)

Location: Hybrid in Munich, Germany or Graz, Austria; willingness to travel is required

What you will do

• Analyze customer logistics data, warehouse processes, material flows, performance requirements, and operational constraints.
• Design tailored end-to-end automation concepts and warehouse layouts integrating hirify.global technology.
• Own qualified opportunities with Sales, developing technical and commercial proposals, pricing inputs, timelines, costs, and margins.
• Design processes and interfaces between hirify.global software, customer software, and surrounding warehouse systems.
• Present solutions to technical and business stakeholders and support integrators with implementation guidance.
• Contribute to project handover, deployment, maintenance, solution-engineering standards, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics, solutions engineering, warehouse automation, or intralogistics.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end warehouse processes, material flows, and warehouse systems.
• Experience designing technical solutions from complex customer requirements, including layouts and performance considerations.
• Experience with WMS, WCS, WES, or comparable logistics software, including system interfaces.
• Understanding of IT security in integrated technical solutions and familiarity with AutoCAD or other layout-design tools.
• Professional fluency in English is required; German is advantageous, especially for customer negotiations.

Nice to have

• Previous B2B sales-engineering experience in intralogistics.
• German language skills.
