Lead Digital Experience Designer (AI)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; full-time onsite five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $143,800–$215,800 USD annual.

What you will do

• Conceptualize and design digital marketing campaigns across AT&T platforms.
• Design modular web pages that communicate product and offer hierarchies and support customer journeys.
• Create polished visual compositions, retouch images, and manage device and accessory catalog imagery.
• Partner with producers, strategists, marketers, designers, copy leads, and copywriters to deliver effective creative.
• Collaborate with content implementation teams, perform visual QA, and contribute to design systems and best practices.
• Oversee designers, mentor digital design talent, and support the associate creative director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, art, communications, or marketing.
• Five or more years of digital experience in an advertising or in-house agency.
• Strong portfolio covering web pages, UI, graphic design, image compositing, and typography.
• Expert knowledge of Figma and Photoshop, including Firefly, plus experience with AI tools for image alteration.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, wireframing, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Chrome DevTools, and technical limitations.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workfront or a similar project management system.
• Familiarity with After Effects, 3D, video, or prototyping.
