Showroom Manager

What you will do

• Manage daily showroom operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver strong customer experiences.
• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational data to improve KPIs and team performance.
• Maintain showroom layout, cleanliness, product presentation, ambiance, and brand standards.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with e-commerce, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Plan in-store promotions, product launches, seasonal displays, and regular performance reporting to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, organizational, people management, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance.
• Deep understanding of visual merchandising and showroom standards.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office; flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
