Account Manager

Location: Cairo, Egypt

A local delivery technology platform serving restaurants, vendors, and customers across the MENA region as part of a global delivery group.

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Provide data-driven recommendations on menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.
• Identify account growth opportunities, including upselling, cross-promotions, and performance optimization.
• Improve partner content, delivery times, customer engagement, and conversion.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations on onboarding, campaigns, and issue resolution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while monitoring service-level and operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Partner Success.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data dashboards, Excel, or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce.
