Commercial Strategy Lead

hirify.global is hiring for its Commercial Strategy department to drive commercial performance and growth across business units.

What you will do

• Lead the creation and execution of commercial plans aligned with profit and loss objectives.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives across departments and support effective collaboration.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Improve sales processes, funnel efficiency, and commercial best practices with sales and business units.
• Collaborate with the product team to align product enhancements with commercial objectives.
• Develop demand acquisition initiatives and assess market needs, trends, competition, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in commercial strategy, marketing, business analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, maintain strong attention to detail, and stay organized.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
