Sr. Sales Executive (E-commerce)

Location: Cairo, Egypt; field-based role with regular partner visits

What you will do

• Acquire restaurant partners through prospecting, cold calling, meetings, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Own the full sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, objection handling, contract closure, and document submission.
• Build and manage long-term relationships with restaurant partners and major brands.
• Lead complex negotiations and tailor offerings with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze local markets, track competitive intelligence, and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics.
• Mentor junior team members and share sales best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or technology startups.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a results-driven approach.
• Fluent English required.
• Car ownership required for field work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
