Digital Account Director - Yorkshire

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; must be based on the Yorkshire patch

Salary: £51,000 per year, plus OTB of £22,000 and a car allowance of £6,000 or £6,800 depending on the car.

What you will do

• Manage an elite portfolio of customers with annualised spend ranging from £8,000 to £70,000.
• Retain, nurture, and grow customer spend through premium and bespoke digital marketing solutions.
• Identify and acquire new digital advertising opportunities by developing programs that meet client needs and agency spend thresholds.
• Work with the Field Sales Manager and BDM team to generate high-quality referrals and pipeline opportunities.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, product, commercial, learning and development, marketing, and finance stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, training, and best-practice adoption to build a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing high-value digital advertising accounts.
• Demonstrated success in digital sales performance, customer growth, and high-value acquisition.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex digital information clearly.
• Resilient, disciplined, adaptable, emotionally intelligent, and collaborative.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and targets while maintaining a client-focused approach.
