TL;DR
Associate Director, Commerce (eCommerce): Coordinating and delivering eCommerce client campaigns across media owner and technology vendor platforms with an accent on campaign activation, account performance, and strategic optimisation. Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid approach with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Coordinate and deliver client eCommerce accounts across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
- Act as the main campaign activation point of contact for clients, managing projects to brief, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee campaign setup, management, optimisation, reporting, controls, and operational best practices.
- Lead and develop junior team members, including supporting recruitment and interviewing.
- Build relationships with clients, media partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective execution.
- Drive process automation, activation-related finance processes, and strategic revenue and service opportunities.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign setup, management, optimisation, and reporting.
- Experience across platforms including Amazon, Citrus, Criteo, bid management, and Nielsen IQ or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of strategic and tactical eCommerce and digital marketing.
- Proven project management, leadership, and people management experience.
- Data literacy, operational proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom required.
