Associate, Implementational Planning (Digital Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid work with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns across key digital channels.
• Perform regular quality assurance checks and monitor campaign performance and pacing.
• Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns to improve delivery and performance.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly campaign reports, often using Microsoft Excel.
• Write performance commentary with insights and recommendations for clients.
• Support end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly and annual reviews, client delivery, and partner coordination.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in digital marketing and advertising.
• Attention to detail and the ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• Computer literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Confidence working with numbers and large amounts of data.
• Collaborative, friendly, organized, and able to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
