Thought Leadership Associate (Denver)

Location: Denver, United States

Annual base salary: $135,000–$185,000, plus year-end bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Draft and review white papers, speaking engagement materials, presentations, and short-form content.
• Collaborate with investment research and technology teams, Investor Relations, Media Communications, and Legal & Compliance.
• Develop and manage projects supporting content sourcing, amplification initiatives, and team infrastructure.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to identify and execute new thought leadership ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Two to five years of experience requiring strong analytical and research abilities, written communication, and project management.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, critical thinking, collaboration, and learning agility.
• Ability to proactively drive projects and work with colleagues across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Academic or professional experience in finance, economics, statistics, or another quantitative discipline is valued but not required.
