Thought Leadership Associate — Hedge Fund Portfolio Strategy (Denver)

Location: Denver, United States

Annual base salary: $135,000–$185,000, plus variable year-end bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Help build the Hedge Fund Portfolio Strategy function to support fundraising and capital retention.
• Partner with Communications, Investor Relations, research, and investment teams to source portfolio insights, performance data, and market color.
• Develop and update hedge fund strategy summaries, educational materials, and evergreen content.
• Manage drafting and review for white papers, market deep dives, conference presentations, and speaking materials.
• Produce bespoke content for investor and internal requests.
• Help develop infrastructure and processes as the function scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in financial markets, investor relations, investment research, product specialist work, or alternative investment content.
• Proven research, editing, and project management skills, with sound judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, accurate, client-ready content.
• Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders and building an internal network quickly.
• Ability to use technology to scale and improve existing processes.
