Product Operations Lead (Generative AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY; Seattle, WA

Base salary: $180,800–$226,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the connection between Operations and Product and surface operator needs across the Generative AI business.
• Build product cases and shape roadmaps for frontier AI data projects.
• Modernize operational tooling with agents by identifying suitable processes, connecting tools with Engineering, evaluating agents, and redesigning workflows.
• Lead high-priority, operations-intensive initiatives from planning through execution and organizational adoption.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leads to define success metrics, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Use SQL, Python, and coding agents to quantify operational problems and measure the impact of shipped solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or delivery operations in high-growth technology environments.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to prioritize high-leverage initiatives.
• Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and Operations partners without direct authority.
• Familiarity with Generative AI data businesses, including project staffing, delivery, and operational friction.
• Ability to perform independent data analytics using SQL or Python; a computer science or STEM degree is ideal.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build 0-to-1 processes in ambiguous environments.

• 6+ months of experience delivering Generative AI data pipelines.
