Principal Project Manager - AE (IC/SoC)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional, matrix teams delivering customer services engagements and technology initiatives.
• Manage projects from initiation through delivery, including schedules, milestones, budgets, and project health metrics.
• Coordinate technical leads and engineering teams while assigning, organizing, and monitoring project work.
• Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and resolve critical delivery issues.
• Manage resource allocation across diverse engineering teams and maintain accountability for project outcomes.
• Communicate technical and commercial status with customers, hirify.global management, Sales, Field, and Services teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadership.
• Experience leading tactical services engagements involving specialized engineering requests such as Analog, SoC, Verification, or Package/Board design.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines and communicate technical concepts to executive and engineering audiences.
• Ability to travel occasionally domestically and internationally for customer engagements and team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Background in IC design, SoC verification, RTL, or IP development.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
