NPI Project Manager (Hardware)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; full-time and in-person

What you will do

• Manage clear-to-build readiness for each new product introduction build, including analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with hardware engineering program managers, engineers, JDM partners, and sub-tier vendors.
• Support the transition from NPI to mass production with the supply chain team.
• Audit sustaining production quality after PVT/MP1 and when production lines move to new factories.
• Lead test strategy and hands-on troubleshooting with JDM engineers during EVT/DVT validation.

Requirements

• Engineering background.
• Project management experience in new hardware product development.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
• Must be independently authorized to work in Taiwan.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
